Frequently asked questions

Restore Purchases isn’t bringing my entitlement back. Open the in-app Settings (or paywall) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account that originally made the purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. AURA MOMENT doesn’t store any subscription information server-side.

My credits or saved history disappeared. AURA MOMENT stores everything locally on your device. If you reinstall the app or clear app data, that local state is removed. Subscription and non-consumable purchases can be recovered via Restore Purchases; consumable purchases that were already used cannot be restored.
