Frequently asked questions

Restore Purchases isn’t bringing my entitlement back. Open the in-app Settings (or paywall) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account that originally made the purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. RED FLAG RECEIPT doesn’t store any subscription information server-side.

My credits or saved history disappeared. RED FLAG RECEIPT stores everything locally on your device. If you reinstall the app or clear app data, that local state is removed. Subscription and non-consumable purchases can be recovered via Restore Purchases; consumable purchases that were already used cannot be restored.
