Frequently asked questions

The Restore Run button doesn’t appear after my run ended. Restore is only available if your last run lasted at least 30 seconds and you haven’t already restored that run.

My timer didn’t keep running while the app was in the background. The timer is wall-clock based — it should resume correctly. If yours didn’t, please email us with your device model and iOS / Android version.

How do I cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. THE RUN doesn’t store any subscription information.
